The hotel rooms are very nice, but the pool is small for such a nice hotel. The breakfast and dinner menus are far from the Turkish standard of dining. Access to the rooms is difficult. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Our stay at Kalima Resort & Spa in Phuket was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was beautiful, and the entire site is massive, with so many amenities and activities to enjoy. Between the different swimming pools, mini golf, on-site massage, and a variety of restaurants, there was never a dull moment.
The views are absolutely breathtaking. Because the resort is built into the side of a mountain, most rooms overlook the bay and Patong Beach. From our room, the view was nothing short of spectacular – waking up to that panorama every morning was unforgettable.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight – one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. They offered an incredible spread catering to every taste: Asian, Western, Middle Eastern, Japanese, and more. One standout was their signature burnt butter French toast with ice cream – indulgent and unforgettable!
Midway through our stay, the air conditioning in our Honeymoon Suite unfortunately broke down. What could have been a hassle turned into one of the best displays of customer service we’ve ever experienced. Within a couple of hours, the staff had arranged for us to be upgraded to an even better room. They were genuinely apologetic, quick to act, and made us feel cared for – exactly what you hope for when something goes wrong.
The little touches also made a big difference: the floral welcome message on our bed, the warm greetings and smiles from every staff member as we passed by, and the general attentiveness throughout the resort. It’s clear they truly prioritise their guests’ comfort.
The location is another bonus – just a five-minute drive from Patong Beach with a free shuttle running all day. Super convenient and stress-free.
Overall, this was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The resort attracts people from all over the world, creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere alongside the beautiful facilities. Every minute was enjoyable, and we honestly loved it. Kalima Resort & Spa is a place we would return to in a heartbeat and recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Phuket.

The service and the staff were superb. They were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were so enjoyable we didn’t need to leave the hotel for fun. We had one issue with the stay, we had to call four times to get our room cleaned. It was finally cleaned in the night when we left to go to Patong.
